讲座题目：Pre-ordering in Luxury Fashion: Will Additional Demand Information Bring Negative Effects to the Retailer?

讲座内容：Pre-ordering is an emerging business model in luxury fashion, which provides consumers the opportunity to pre-order new collection products immediately after fashion runway shows and helps retailers collect pre-ordering information for updating demand forecast. Based on our observations of industrial practices, we established stylized analytical models for a supply chain consisting of a luxury brand (supplier) and a retailer. In addition, we explore the consequences of pre-ordering for the supply chain, its members, and conspicuous consumers.
主讲人简介:沈滨，东华大学旭日工商管理学院副教授、博士生导师，管理科学系系主任、德国“洪堡学者”、上海市教学能手、霍英东教育基金会青年教师奖获得者、上海晨光学者、浦江学者、Transportation Research—Part E期刊编委。主持国家自然科学基金2项。他的论文已发表于POM、DSJ、EJOR、IEEE-TEM、IJPE、IJPR、JORS、TRE、SCM、JBR、TFSC等期刊。他的研究方向为创意与时尚产业管理、科技与运营管理、供应链管理等。
